Planned merger with Rectory Road Medical Centre - Staveley

We are pleased to report that the merger with Rectory Road Medical Centre is now officially complete. HOWEVER, for the time being would all patients continue to arrange appointments with their current surgeries until we have had time to combine all of the patient records.

Patient Representitive Group and new Virtual Patient Reference Group

The Holywell Medical Group patient representative group now has a separate page - please see the headings at the top of the page and go to the 'Patients Group' page where you will find several downloads available, including the minutes of the last meeting. The next meeting will be at The Grange Family Health Centre, Chesterfield on Thursday 22nd September, 2011 at 2pm.

We are also in the process of widening the consultations with our patients via a new VIRTUAL PATIENT REFERENCE GROUP (vPRG) , who will be contacted via e mail. Please take a little time to look at the new Patients Group page for further details.
